  • I live in Aliante and this KFC has really gone downhill over the years. As previous reviewers have said, hot wings is always a 10 mins wait (regardless of what time of the day). They almost (90%) NEVER get the order right, this last time I got the $5.25 meal which is supposed to come with cookie, biscuit, 2 pc chicken & drink. Got the order, came home and no straw, no spork, no cookie..... I know management here don't care, because if you look at all the reviews you can clearly tell no one is taking action to improve customer service.
