  • You cannot debate the fact that this food truck sells the most authentic and most deliciously crafted tacos in sin city. Facts are facts and leave no room doubts, therefore this is a fact. Many times following the word of mouth is a mistake, the rumors about this food truck came to me through my neighbor. She told me sarcastically you haven't tried real tacos if you've never had El Pastorcito. My mind that moment confused by past bad experiences with Mexican food, did not for once second think my neighbor must be right. One night my whole outlook changed, when I first tried one of their ALAMBRES holy that got me pumped. I had water running through my eyes when I tried their green salsa, I'm a salsa lover but never did I anticipate the flaming hot taste it was hot. but it made it all so much better. Think about tacos like a food pyramid the salsa lies on top of that pyramid. Because of the salsa is not good, it will make your experience a negative one. But this salsa has me wondering what the secret recipe is? Try their Tacos al pastor, the taste is out of this world. I always try everything to discover new things, Visit el Pastorcito because I can assure you, you'll be taco frenzy
