  • I am constantly amazed, in a good way, at the crowds in the store. Apple does it right. I stopped in tonight to inquire about upgrading my phone. Seanna was THE BEST! She walked me (patiently) through the purchase and finance options (pros & cons). She also helped me compare the 6S & 7: still not sure which one I will choose. She was also very knowledgeable about accessories, such as adapters, headphones, etc. Thank you, Seanna!
