  • I found the Used car I wanted online before arriving. When I came inside I was immediately set up with an agent (Blaise) who was well informed and able to answer all of my questions. I was very impressed with their sales department. The service department is another matter. I brought my car in for an oil change and to have its 65,000 mile check done; because my vehicle is an Audi they offered to send it over to Hendrix Audi to have the inspection done. My car was there (the VW dealership) for over a week. I admit they gave me a loaner car but every time I called to check on my car I was put through to voicemail and never called back. By the end of the week I received a call from the Audi dealership saying that they had just gotten my car in and they wanted to go over what services I wanted completed. In other words it sat for a whole week at the VW dealership before being taken 10 miles down the road to complete the service. Once my car got to Audi it was a matter of hours until it was completed but because I live an hour and a half away I had to wait until the following day to pick it up. Had I known VW would just have my car sitting for a week I would have driven it to the Audi dealership myself. Basically, sales department is great and while people in the service department are friendly in person they are horrible about getting back to you and if they offer to send your car to one of their sister dealerships decline and drive it yourself or you will be waiting a long time to get your car back. 4 stars for sales 2 stars for the service department.
