  • My experience with the dealer was terrible. I called before I went in and asked how long an oil change would take. The service employee said it would take an hour and 15 minutes, tops. I waited one hour and 30 minutes before the service was completed. Fifteen minutes is not long but I had places to go. I felt that my service employee had an attitude with me and no one apologized to me. Also when I got in the car I noticed that the internal accessories were damaged. None of the employees said anything to me about it.
