  • Poor customer service. I went to grab a birthday cake for my friend. I asked one of the girls upfront,her name is Anastasia about the size of the cake. I was looking for the smallest one they have because It's for 3-4 people only. Not only she was rude when I asked but she turned to the other girl and start gossiping in different language. I picked a cake, ask for the manager's name and left. This used to be one of my favorite bakeries in town. But I guess I should stick with Jean Philippe, nothing bundt cake and Freed's.
