  • Horrible customer service, the first person never showed up and didn't answer at the phone number provided. I have no idea who's number that even was. Handy has continuously charged my credit card and will not allow me to cancel any future cleanings. I contacted them and they say they did cancel it but they have kept charging me. I have also had cleaners randomly show up after I had everything cancelled. DO NOT USE.
