  • These people are absolutely horrible! My fiancĂ© and I had gone in to switch his phone line to my account and made the mistake by coming to this store. We went in asking to see what the options are as far as pricing goes and what would best suit us. I asked if they'd be able to map it out for us, just to give us an idea on family plans vs individual plans. Immediately the rep started making changes and adding my finances number to my account without finalizing anything with me. They also had talked my fiancĂ© into to lower our data since we don't use much at all, I was uncomfortable with it but went along since they gave us the numbers on what we both use. Anyways, they gave us this "free" hotspot and said that we didn't have to pay for it(monthly or in store). According to them, it was just a bonus for technically signing up with a new line. Well, guess what shows up on our next bill? THE HOTSPOT!!! Yep, one that requires a plan!! I didn't see it on any of the paperwork that I signed and called sprint to get this removed and return the piece of shit and they said I couldn't without being charged $200 for an early termination fee. I asked for proof of the agreement and they said the proof is when I purchased the item. So I asked for a receipt and of course, got nothing. So now I'm going to this store this weekend and raising hell for this BS! SOME of these workers are completely dishonest and trying so hard to meet their sales quota. If you can't meet your quota the honest way, maybe you just suck at your job and should do something else..
