went there dec 7th to transfer service from Verizon on five phones I had an appointment with aaron who was no where to be found so Katie helped me, she was nice but had lack of knowledge had to keep asking Mica the manager, I had 4 phones to transfer one new. Three were from Verizon one straight talk. three phones to be in AZ three in CO Long story short iPhone 8 was on special one was to go to CO told me they cant do a line port from straight talk even Mica stated that (not correct) store was out of black so I was told to get it in CO they never charged me for that phone did not notice till Friday I called a they said to bad, sale ended when I told them I was told they just needed to show up at the store the price would be honored they stated the staff (Katie)never said that.
Left message for manger on SAt he never called me back I have to write a letter send it via email to another store to get the district manager to call me. so now I have been charged full price for a phone another activation fee which was not to be charged and they put my daughter in law on my account but not in the 4 for 100.00 one free but charged me 100.00 more for her service. customer service cant help until the bill drops!!
