  • My regular nail lady was out of town and I needed a fill before the holiday. This place came recommended to me by a friend so I decided to give it a try. I called the day prior and made an appointment. I showed up 15 minutes prior and the owner came up to me at my appointment time and said the lady that was going to do my nails was having some difficulties with her current customer and it would be 20 minutes. I told her that wasn't a problem at all and waited. I didn't get seated until 45 minutes past my appointment time.....not the 20 minutes like I was told. I had pink and white ombre on my nails and only needed a fill. The tech that did my fill was so so so nice, but super rough with the drill and you can tell by looking at my nails. Once they got out of the light to dry, I immediately had oil put on them so I couldn't really tell if there were any issues. I got home and they were dull and felt gritty. I called the salon and they told me to come back...another 30 minutes driving back in traffic and she removed the top coat and redid it. They came out shiny the second time so I am not sure what the issue was the first time, but overall, the job performed was below my standards. Unfortunately I will not be coming back.
