  • Very happy with Floors Etc. We were in a time crunch moving into a new house. Trina was very helpful, listening to our budget, needs (pets and kids) and planned decor/tastes. She helped us pick out just the right carpet and laminate. She gave good advice about how to get the most out of our budget as well. 6 months later we are still in love with the flooring. Everyone who comes over exclaims over our carpet. They installed around our schedule, and the installers did a good job (quick, clean, professional.) Will be going back again next time we need flooring.
