  • Terrible customer service! Stood in line at the Fresno Airport, was told when I got to the counter to buy my tickets, come back later, we aren't processing ticket purchases right now. OF COURSE THEY AREN'T!!!! With all the money they make from add on's and extras, who needs to sell tickets??!!!!
