rev:text	***Update Chad, the business owner, contacted me almost immediately after this review. I have to say their customer service is amazing! Chad was extremely nice and wanted to right any wrongs I had with my move. I wish more businesses operated this way. I really don't like leaving bad reviews. I'll start with the pros: 1. Scheduling was easy and the staff I spoke with were very courteous and helpful. 2. They followed up to confirm my appointment date and time. 3. The movers were on time and very pleasant. Now for the cons: 1. I had two movers, but it honestly felt like one. I hardly saw the second mover at all. 2. I felt like it took them much longer than need be. This place charges by the hour. I basically had a one bedroom apartment to move. There weren't a lot of unpacked odd and ends and all my boxes were right by the door. I had about 4 really heavy items total. All in all, it took them over 4 hours to move a small, pretty well packed apartment. 3. I received a follow up email basically thanking me for my positive feedback when no one ever really called to follow up! I would never hire this company again. The last moving company I hired only took about 3 1/2 hours total and I was moving farther than I did on this move. I also forgot to mention the cracked a shade on my lamp. Luckily I didn't really care for it, so I wasn't too broken up. I really just think they could have moved much faster than they did. The only reason they're getting two stars is because everyone I delt with was pleasant.
