  • Horrible business practice. I booked an online appointment for my granddaughter and then received a call they were overbooked. The time was never available, and then the photographer acted like he was doing me a favor by squeezing me in at a later time. He wanted me to sit around for an undetermined amount of time with a 10 month old baby, really! DO NOT use this company. Spend the extra money and go to a reputable photographer who doesn't use the old bate and switch!
