  • Lame lame lame. Offered me 23000 for my 2011 LR4 as a trade in when I was looking for a RR Sport. This is at least 10K less than Kelly Blue Book Value. When I refused, and put the deal on hold, they called back and offered a much sweetened deal, and I verbally agreed to a price over the phone. I then made an appointment to complete the deal the same day. Half and hour before my appointment they TEXTED and said the car I was going to purchase was SOLD. Terrible customer service. They can kiss their 700$ oil changes and multiple other monies that I have given them as a loyal customer goodbye.
