| - So so good. You might think, "seriously, another Asian restaurant on Forbes?" But after the disappointment that is Ramen Bar, Everyday Noodles is just what was missing. Comforting and tasty noodle soups, dry noodles and most specially, SOUP DUMPLINGS. I haven't had soup dumplings in Pittsburgh, ever. I'm pretty sure they don't exist anywhere but at Everday. And they are perfect. Perfect thickness in the noodle wrapper, delicious pork & crab meatball with just right amount of broth all in an about 2 inch bundle of soup dumpling perfection. The pickled mustard greens and pork soup was nice, but I think needed a little more flavor, although there were sauces to pour, so I'll try that next time. The pickled cucumbers and braised tofu smothered in tantalizing orange sauce were each perfect little beats to get our appetites going. We went on opening day, and the service was great, it was crazy busy but the wait time was efficiently managed by an incredibly peppy staff, who all seemed to also be helping each other out with refilling waters and checking on tables. Annnnnd, it's BYOB, and we all know how much I love that.
