This place has the best pastries and cakes ever. When you cut into a cake, it doesn't crumble. This is true technique and skill. Their almond crossiant is not cut up open like a sandwich and then filled up with almond cream like some places. They do things the right way. The flavour of cakes and macarons is well balanced and not overpowering. I live way too far to go to this place, yet I find myself here more often than I should be.
