  • When my fiancĂ© and I bought a ring we were told we would be able to trade it in and upgrade double the size since we opened it on a credit line. They sold their credit line to a POS company named genesis. we paid off the ring in 8 months and went in to upgrade and they withdrew the money from his account days ago and are making him wait 15 business days for the money to clear before we can trade in the ring. We paid it from his checking account, and it's the same account we have used the whole entire 8 months we have paid on it. So since we paid 2800$ in a lump some on the account they gave him a 0$ credit line until everything clears after 15 days. Talk about RIDICULOUS. Jared's you messed up selling your credit line to them.
