  • Great location if you like the Henderson area in Vegas. Conveniently located next to the interstate, just minutes away from Costco, local casino, mall and fantastic dining. Just recently moved to Vegas and while searching for a place to rent Palladium was recommended by a friend to check out! Was immediately greeted by the office staff and was approached by Matthew who was kindly enough to show me the models they have available. Matthew was very knowledgeable of his product and showed me the grounds and took the time to go over some numbers and it seemed very reasonable. This is a property that I may consider while I explore my options. Typically don't write reviews but the service provided was exceptional and couldn't be left unsaid.
