I bought a piece at the Henderson store and asked that it be shipped to the Craig store (close to my home). "No problem" I was told. I got a call a few weeks later telling me the item was available for pickup at the Henderson store. Miffed, I again asked it to be transferred to the Craig store. "No problem", once again. A few days later, I got a call saying it was available at the Henderson store. Very miffed, I explained the history to the woman. She put me on hold and came back to tell me it was indeed at the Craig store ready for pickup (no apology).
I went to pick it up on a Sunday (not knowing there are no pickups on Sundays). Ruben (the manager) was gracious and went back to look but couldn't find the item. [Ruben is no longer there]
Today I went to get my item (a month after purchase), and noticed the item on sale for $10 less. I asked Lorraine to honor the new price since I hadn't yet taken possession due to store mixups.
Lorraine, who is one of the most unkind people I've dealt with in a while proceeded to lecture me about taking so long to get my item, proceeded to quote me store policy about this and that and in essence tell me "too bad".
Eli M. I know you read these. Can you please remedy this with a $10 store credit?
Thanks!
