  • I wonder about this TD Canada Trust location. I've been here several times for personal and commercial reasons. On one occasion, I had to change the signing authority on a commercial account. The person who handled my commercial banking request had the dopiest look. I wondered if she was on drugs. She had no idea what to do. It was like it was her first day, except it wasn't. She went back to ask the manager what do to, then came back and appeared to forget everything he said. Experiences like this have happened a few times here. The most puzzling thing about this TD Canada Trust location is that the alarm goes off EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. I know this because I walk past every night when I'm walking my dogs. The alarm is always going off. Nobody comes. It makes me wonder. Why do they ignore the alarm every night? Why not fix the root cause? (I think it's an issue with the door) What would happen if the alarm was going off for a legitimate reason? Would they just ignore it? There is free parking in a small lot, so that's a plus. There are also a lot of things nearby if you want to grab a coffee or a snack before or after doing your banking.
