  • I've been going for about two weeks now. That first free class and 30 for 30 deal really got me. A little bit of background about me, I'm not a "class" type of person. I'm a person with no direction--a free spirit. I'm more of a go to gym girl. If I wanted to do cardio I did ellipticals at a level 10 and on days when I'm feeling adventurous an 11. Then, to work on other stuff, I'd do free weights and really try to make it look like I knew what I was doing. VALUE: For $30 for 30 days, you get that money back by just showing up to two classes for that month (that's super easy!). After the promo it is $80 a month, and that's just 6 classes for that much. I just think the value is amazing for the quality and assortment of classes you get. I mean, going to 24 hour is $80 a month. So it is equally the same cost. But, really, it is a matter of how you like to workout and what is right for you. If you're more of a 24 hour/LVAC person go there. If you're a class person who likes to do things in groups or maybe wants to get guidance from an instructor, GO HERE! CLASSES: I mean, the classes are AMAZING! I have almost done every class already. Of course, all of them are my firsts-first pilates, first bootcamp, first yoga. It was definitely a bumpy ride, but honestly, I leave these classes actually feeling accomplished. I also leave these classes feeling like I really pushed myself. Plus, the instructors are super motivating. Here are my favorite classes so far + instructors: Down N Dirty Bootcamp - Maria: I mean, this class is always full so that should already tell you what's up. She really proves that we don't have to go to the club or downtown to twerk. Hot Shakti Pilates - Leah: Leah normally does yoga, I believe. This class with her is majority yoga than pilates, but it's AMAZING. She definitely pushes you to do more and make yourself get uncomfortable. She also takes the time to help you with form. Vinyasa - Amber: She's so fun and sweet! She really pushes you! So much positive vibes in her class. It was my first yoga class, and she's really good at guiding you and encouraging you. She will always stress to you the importance of breathing and modifying your form to YOU. FACILITY: I mean, everything is on point here. It is clean, modern, and very hospitable. Definitely a good and welcoming guide when you walk in. You feel totally motivated to workout here. They also have a mini daycare for the little ones. STAFF: Super friendly! Props to the younger gentleman who is so constantly patient with me and my 10 thousand questions. I promise I'm getting the hang of everything! They're all so very nice and are up for helping you. No question is a stupid question! APP: Ok. So this is the only thing that'll really deduct a star. Because I'm a digi geek, how the app works with the actual operations is important to me. 1.) Class location - It was a bit confusing that in the app, it'll say where the class is and then you go looking for it at the facility and don't see it. EX: "HP" is the "Pilates" room. "ASHT" is the "Yoga" room. So mind you my amateur ass self was doing rounds in this tiny facility like a lost child looking for "HP" or "ASHT." 2.) Reward system - Man! I was so amped that you could earn points! I love motivation and a reward system. Here's the catch: You earn points when your referrals sign up, when you buy stuff at the cafe, rent a matt/towel, and take a class. However, you can only redeem it for merch items. You can't get anything from the cafe after your class. You only earn your point if you check in (via ipad) and then check into the app within 24 hours (at least that was what I was told). You can't redeem points from your previous classes (so boo me. I missed out on 3 points for the 3 classes I didn't check into). But all in all. NO REGRETS! I love this place, the people in it, and the progress I've been getting from going. I definitely recommend people to come here or at least try it out.
