  • This is the Valley's best kept secret! I think it's because they mostly do commercial work like the big malls, etc. However, when my (very old) AC stopped working on a Sunday in July, I called my sister who had used this company before and got their info. Derek is the owner and he called me within 10 minutes and was in my house in another 15 min. Did I mention it was a SUNDAY? I was sure I was going to be out $5k or more on a new AC unit, and I could have easily been snowed by a shady company who wanted to oversell me. But Derek discovered it was a simple problem, fixed it quickly and charged me minimally. I was a bit in shock when he left just minutes after arriving and I once again had cold air. He also gave us several DIY tips to extend the life of our unit. Needless to say, I am a fan and even put his on my Facebook for all of my closest friends and family who might find themselves in need. This is the guy you want to know during a hot AZ summer!
