  • We'd seen a few reviews that were OK for the place and hey West African sounded like an interesting change of pace. Plus we live in the neighborhood. Disappointed is an understatement. Complimentary appetizer of plantains? Nope. Didn't get that. Expensive mixed drinks with little to no alcohol. Yep. Saw that. Veg-all and stale-as-in-from-yesterday rice. Yep. Saw that. It was an interesting change of pace. Unfortunately a very bad one. Not recommended.
