So happy I stopped in! With places that serve "authentic Mexican food" it gets tiring trying to find a good spot in town. This place is totally hidden, but so worth it. They have a pretty extensive menu, different choices for different tastes- seafood, chicken, al pastor, carne asada, head, tongue. It's so good. They're on the pricier side - made us a bit apprehensive to try, but man, do it! I ordered nachos with cabeza. They were super prompt. My food was hot, looked phenomenal and made my mouth absolutely water. The chips were made in house- crisp not greasy and crunchy. The meat was cooked perfectly and they featured 3 types of cheese. They were so yummy. Seriously go to taqueria Guadalajara- it's boooomb.
