rev:text	Red Velvet Pancakes?! How original, I've never seen those on a menu until I dined at Rise & Shine. Unfortunately due to the 24 hour buffet pass I was only looking for a salad or something green. I'll have to try the red velvet realness on my next visit. I ended up getting a most delicious grilled chicken cobb salad. It was HUGE! It was one of the best cobb salads I've ever had it comes with ranch dressing and I did SOS sauce on side. Usually cobb salad comes with blue cheese which I thought was good until I had R&S grilled chicken cobb. My friend devoured the chicken wrap. He said it was very similar to McDonald's chicken wrap, which is discontinued, but better. Wish I had taken photos but we were all super hungry and had to eat and go quick. Rise & Shine is a local breakfast joint where waiters and waitresses get on with their day in PAJAMAS! Wild. It's very family friendly, reasonably priced, and best of all the menu has a little something for everyone. There's a large variety of breakfast items as well as "afternoon items" which we had at 11:30am so I guess it's just what they call that section but doesn't mean you have to wait until noon. The interior is big and cool with a fun surprise on the ceiling. Everyone here has a great attitude, very friendly and attentive even when they're busy. You can call ahead of time and check out the wait time, it'll most likely be 5-10 minutes. Parking is plentiful, but not really shaded... there are tons of other stores located in this shopping center such as a grocery store and other restaurants. Will definitely be returning next time I'm headed to Las Vegas!
