  • These guys saved my brand new Tesla, I owe you! If I could give 6 stars I absolutely would, without hesitation. I drove my one-month old red Tesla from California to Phoenix for a volunteer event, and unfortunately got detoured through a dirt path because the interstate was blocked. I thought I would just take my car to a touchless self-serve car wash and rinse it off. The stupid "soap" that they had ended up leaving soap scum AND water spots all over my brand new car. And now those spots were beginning to bake in the Phoenix sun. I called Craft Mobile Detailing and James answered. He was on another call with a big client and he had no workers available at the moment. However, he heard how urgent and desperate my needs were and told me he would take care of me himself. He then went to work diagnosing the extent of the damage and realized he could save my car before the damage really baked into my paint. Then he grabbed a hose, some microfiber mitts and cloths, and went to work. All the while he was very kind, professional, and knew EXACTLY what he was doing. He has been doing this for over 20 years, and it shows. I don't usually write reviews like this, and that's because I don't usually experience people and businesses like this, like James. He is truly and incredible human being and he will take care of your car better than you can imagine. PLEASE give him a chance. He is not a personal friend of mine, I am not a "plant" writing a review for my buddy. I am a United States Marine and my integrity means everything to me. It is with THAT in mind that I offer my enthusiastic endorsement of James and Craft Mobile Detailing. Thank you James, from the bottom of my heart.
