  • Had the worst experience... scheduled an appointment only to get there and still wait over thirty minutes... then the technician assigned to me couldn't speak enough English to understand when I responded to her questions had to have one of the other technicians translate and then respond on her behalf... bought a Groupon that said spa pedicure and gel manicure... didn't realize sitting in a spa seat was the only perk nothing but toe nails filed and cuticles clipped.. had to ask if she would scrub my heal. Had to pay extra for crooked white tips and no top coat
