  • I register for National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards(NAB) I have to dealing with 3 different parties to get and exam! 1) State Nevada Boards 2) NAB and 3)PSI , I don't have problem with the place been there for many exam but online system need to be more PROFESSIONAL such as email reminder to registers or welcome email and so forth. At least those fees are worth for something for your team members salaries. I paid $325 for NAB exam, NEVER receive welcome or thank you for the payment email and guide me to the next like the others. Yesterday State Boards sent a reminder email that exam about to expire! I called PSI I still can't schedule online. What representative only said " NOTHING SHE CAN DO FOR MY $325"
