  • I only came to this office once, and I was less than pleased. I did not care for the lady with the spiky hair, who I was advised is no longer there. I advised her of my condition, and she did not do an exam....basically just took my word for it. She just typed into her computer, as I spoke about my situation. Everyone in the office seemed so underwhelmed. The only person who I did like was the front receptionist. She was really nice, and personable. I had to call over and over to make sure that I got my medicine that I needed. The pharmacy faxed over the paper work, and they got no reply. That provided for a very stressful experience. This practice is really lacking, and seems to be unorganized. I initially thought I was going to see Dr. Harter, but that was not the case. I did schedule an appt with her for a later date, but after some careful consideration, I decided to go to another office that cares. I am simply giving 2 stars for the receptionist, the only good thing about this office!
