  • Associates are friendly and prices are reasonable, but their service can be frustrating. Three times I've set appointments and 30-45 minutes passed before they even started work on the car. Another time I came in for a tire rotation and after I got it back more than an hour later, it turns out they didn't rotate all of them (I marked the location of the tires prior to handing over the keys and two tires did not change position). Another time they forgot to move a rear tire to the spare truck location after I specifically asked them to, and it wasn't until 6 month later that I realized this -- when this old tire blew out while driving. I like Discount Tire overall (been going for years, at various locations), but my experiences at this particular location has not been great.
