  • Summary: Glamorised Dollarama. If you're directly IN the mall, check it out. Otherwise, skip it altogether! There were some attractive racks (tech stuff), but a good chunk of the merchandise (re: junk jewelry, caps, hats, kitchen wares) reminded me that it's a $5-store IRL. Majority of the smaller items, especially the cheap make-up, were priced between $2.99 - $5. Power Banks and larger items were obviously more expensive. Some of the prices were decent, but others are actually more expensive than Winners/Homesense/Marshalls. Other than the couple of Moomin-printed items, there was not really anything else that you can't find elsewhere. Miniso is presented in a nicer way than Dollarama with better lighting, shelving/hardware, and convenient especially the travel bottles, beauty supplies, housed all in one store. I cannot confirm, but based on the other review, all sales are final. And this isn't a good policy. I'd rather pay the same price and buy from a TJX-store ESPECIALLY if I'm purchasing tech (headphones, batteries) items.
