Came here a few times for archery tag. One time for a YELP Elite event and this time for a friend's birthday party. The level of service both times were great. Staff here are pretty friendly. Nice facility with many photo opportunities as they also have a "Game of Thrones" like throne to sit on with arrows sticking out to take pictures. You have to fill in a waiver prior to playing. For a group, we got a nice rate of $17. Our guide Tim was alright as it was his first time running an archery tag session. He explained the rules and did a thorough tutorial on how to use the bow and arrows in the practice area. I think taking photos is a great idea for a memorable experience without the customer worrying about capturing the moment. My only small critique for this place is if you are going to take pictures, make sure they come nicely. Our group photo did turn out blurry was not focused. I think staff here should focus on quality versus quantity. I think it would be helpful if the staff could be trained in some photography lessons or have an experienced photographer taking the photos. If I'm not going mention this, I don't think others will point out. It would be nice if they had actual change rooms because I've noticed both times that people always had the need to change and the washrooms would be quite busy with people in the stalls changing or changing out in the open. At the end of our session, we provided feedback for a coach Tim and we were also offered discount cards in doing so. Overall, it's a pretty nice facility. Staff here are quite enthusiastic and passionate about archery tag. Good introduction to the activity prior to going in the arena for fun and games.
