I don't often rent from Hertz but, on this occasion, I'm truly glad I did.
The customer service at the Hertz PIT rental center was beyond awesome. I had returned my car and went on to the terminal to catch my flight. I had to put my cell phone away so I didn't catch the call from your customer service agent named "Jim". Apparently my passport had fallen out of my briefcase and was found by the rental return team in the car after I had departed.
Jim left me his cell number and I called him back to tell him I didn't have the time to run back and retrieve my passport. Jim told me "no problem" we'll stick it in the mail and you'll have it back within a few days.
Jim's sense of customer focus was nothing less than awesome.
Please give Jim notice that I had to let you know how much I appreciate his help in returning my passport.
