  • Rude staff. Pretty sure woman who took care of me was the manager but she is very rude. Not helpful at all. I could not even claim my free drink through my Starbucks app because they "dont do" free drinks. We also had asked her for help with the gift cards and her automatic response was "I CAN'T HELP YOU" Not good customer service!
