What a disaster. My dad happens to bank here and I had to become the POA. I had to fly to Arizona just to get his accounts set up with me as the POA, nuts, didn't have to do that with any of his other banks. Then every time I try to transfer money I have to call because of an error no one can fix online. Then when I call the member services department can't help me and I have to wait for a call back from the bank I called. My GOD worst bank experience.
