  • I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER COME BACK! Even if you paid me Id rather go somewhere else! Peoria Kia should be ashamed of how they run their service department and how they treat loyal customers who have purchased their cars from that dealership. I went for an oil change, inspection, to get my ipod adapter fixed and recalls, and all they did was change the oil and they had the car for 7.5 hours. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I had to call and track down when my car would be done and finally when I showed up because he said it "should" be done by 5 he said I had to wait another 20 minutes. And the 20 minutes I waited for was for them to not repair the broken cord which was never fixed. Along with the long wait and the very unsatisfying visit my car didn't even get washed. Sorry but I could have went to Danny's cash wash for 30 minutes paid less and had a car wash. But this is just the tip of the iceberg, not only did I not have good service but when I went to call the Service Manager Ken, he NEVER called back nor did he take my phone calls. I called 3 times and left 3 different messaged and there was no call back. I get you are busy, but if you are caring about your customers then you call them back. When I finally called for the 4th time and demanded to speak to someone else in charge the front office lady said there have been several complaints about this department and manager. Its sad that people only care about money and not having satisfied customers or doing business correctly. I will never recommend this location or Kia at all due to this experience. The service writers should be embarrassed to work for such an uncaring and disgraceful company.
