  • This clinic is inadequately staffed. I call frequently and am always placed on hold for inappropriate amounts of time. In the past I was provided with incorrect information about my pet. More specifically I was told my dog was fine when she ended up being in heart failure. Of course this required stressful emergency visits for us. I always wait excessive amounts of times for appointments. When I say it takes me three hours total for an appointment here with my dog, I am not exaggerating. Most recently I was literally five minutes late my dog's appointment and I was told the vet couldn't see my dog. The only reason I haven't switched to a new vet is because my dog is in heart failure and isn't expected to live much longer. I already switched my other dog to a different vet. I gave two stars because I always like the vets themselves. It is the administrative aspect that is an issue.
