This review has nothing to do with an individual Sprint store. It has to do with the service from Sprint itself. After having Sprint for a number of years I have decided it isn't worth it anymore. They took it upon themselves to change their billing practice..They don't let you know that they are not going to send you bills anymore but they have no problem sending you a letter telling you that you are past due. Their service In the Scottsdale Phoenix area Paradise Valley included is spotty to say the best about it, and almost no service when you are inside of a building. I think it's time for Verizon To be my new carrier. I tried to find out information from Sprint in regards to this late notice I just received even though I've never received a bill.Let me preface that by saying first that my credit score is above 825 as I pay every bill as soon as I get it. I tried to call Sprint and ask them what was going on, and I was transferred to a call center first in India where I asked to be transferred to someone in the United States. They informed me that they couldn't do it. I have been under the assumption that if you ask to speak to someone in the United States the law says you have to be transferred. I asked for a supervisor, to which I was put on hold for 45 minutes.[I took a screenshot to prove I was on hold for 45 minutes] a Supervisor came on and said he could not transfer me to the United States. He then gave me a finance department phone number And informed me that they could speak to me in English/the United States. to which I called and finally found a way After pushing the bells and whistles that were called for to speak to somebody. That someone In the United States, well they were in the Philippines. I once again asked to speak to someone in the United States. Got the same line of BS. So I hung up . As soon as possible I will never do business with them again. Please, please think twice before you sign up because once you do ...they got you,,,They Got You!
