  • I just can't recommend this clinic if you have a pet with a pre-existing condition. The doctor does not acknowledge your history or prior doctor's recommendations and will diagnose by just looking at the pet, touching in a couple places, and forming a opinion of his own, which happens to wrong nonetheless.(His diagnosis was ruled out by our previous vet already based on XRAYS!) Brusque manner when speaking to clients. The atmosphere was chaotic and no apparent order or procedures at the front desk for handling multiple clients at once. I was so stressed I was ready to leave after 45 minutes past my appointment time and having not even been seen yet. Very uncomfortable experience if you have elderly pets that need special care. BEWARE: You MUST search for this clinic in google for more reviews as well. Also search Dr. Botros Las Vegas in google for specific info. Yes, they were super cheap, but, If you can, do NOT use price as the main criteria for finding a veterinarian if you need advanced care beyond vaccinations.
