  • Honestly, for quality of cakes, NBC gets 6 Stars! You can't beat it. My lack of 5 Stars has to do with the hours this location is open. Twice in the past month we've come around 6:15-6:30p to find the store closed. That's the perfect time to pick up a cake when you're heading to someone's house or a party etc. It's super irritating that this location closes so early. I realize it's not a restaurant and I should've remembered after the first time but it seems so logical that the store will be open when people need to grab something. Keep making great cakes, but for goodness sakes, please cater to customers with regular jobs, not stay-at-home folks.
