The epitome of awful customer service - my son went to retrieve his car. The process to get the car was a major mess to begin with. Then he goes to the lot and the crazy young woman behind the counter proceeds to yell at him and bang on the counter. My son you see is deaf. Speaking slowly and articulating words is the best way to communicate with him. He attempted to stay calm and work with the young woman but that didn't work out. Instead a good Samaritan in line behind him, stepped up, offered her credit card and paid his bill. If you see this note, thank you SO much. No one should be berated like that, deaf or otherwise. You are a truly caring, kind human being.
