| - I am perplexed by some of the negative reviews, but each of us have our own experiences, so I won't question another person's account.
My experience comes from living 2 miles down the road, and frequenting the store 2-3x a month, for at least 6 years.
What do I like about it? It's always clean, the employees are friendly and if you ask someone for assistance they provide it. There is a wide range of food products that are sometimes difficult to find elsewhere. Their hot/cold food stations have excellent selections and friendly clerks. They have free wi-fi so if i want to pick up a freshly made juice to order and sit inside to drink it, I can also read on my phone if i wish.
There's the old joke that Whole Foods could be called Whole Paycheck, but that's not a reason for me to knock off stars. You know that going in. And they do have occasional sales on products, but they are definitely not a bargain grocery. This store is not one of the big new ones, but again, it's my local neighborhood location that provides me good consistent service.
One thing they might do is have a couple more staff members out on the floor walking the aisles to make it easier for customers to ask questions. But overall, I'm a happy customer.
