  • I agree with the other reviewers, Dr. Vu is great. BUT their receptionists are absolutely TERRIBLE. They have made me sign the new patient forms at least three times for the same child, lost a copy of her shot records and more importantly when you try to get a hold of them, hold times are RIDICUOUS. To add insult to injury these two women really do have the worst demeanors I have ever seen at a pediatrician's office. If their unwelcoming presence wasn't bad enough, they are extremely unhelpful. For a simple question as, is it okay to give my newborn Tylenol for her fever, my response was, hold on I need to get the nurse - 10 minute hold, nurse replies yes. A 10 MINUTE PHONE CALL FOR A SIMPLE QUESTION! Now, I can appreciate that they may not be able to respond to medical questions but if as a receptionist who takes payments cannot help me get a refund for that payment, I'm sorry. I begin to question your utility and competence as a receptionist. I am now looking for another pediatrician because of all of these hassles. I sincerely hope that the next person has a better experience, however for the time being I am taking my business, family and expectations elsewhere.
