  • Love the giant pretzel and the Kilometer is my favorite dish. I am a huge fan of the sauerkraut and the Black forest cake as well. The experience, however, varies greatly depending on your server. The first time we went, our server spoke German with us and others and he made a very fun atmosphere. We shared conversation with the other diners and shared food as well. We looked forward to going back. The next two times we went, both servers seemed very preoccupied, looking everywhere but at us, "forgetting" to bring us something, not refilling drinks. The place wasn't busy at all, they just seemed not to care about service. Hubby didn't like Hackbraten and noticed that the carpets really need to be cleaned.
