  • Any medical facility that uses telemarketing to promote their business is a SCAM in my book. Today I received a call from 480-391-8503 and a woman named Elizabeth was calling from Laser Spine Institute in Scottsdale, AZ. She was actually soliciting my business, trying to get me to come in for a surgery evaluation!!!! What reputable medical facility would do something like that? Although I have had a couple of back surgeries many years ago, I had never contacted Laser Spine Institute in any way. In addition, I am on the "Do Not Call List" and I don't accept telemarketing calls. The nerve of doctors hiring a telemarketing company to make random unsolicited telephone calls to "drum up business." What a SCAM!
