  • I opened a restaurant in late February and SW Restaurant Supply was recommended to me by a bunch of chef friends. Sometimes those recommendations are great and other times they are passable and mediocre. This one ended up being great. From the first time I walked in, I have always been treated with respect and I feel like they have always been fair to me when it comes to purchasing large amounts of equipment or when I come in hunting for a used prep table, shelving, etc. I don't always find what I need and have bought new equipment when I couldn't find used and it's always been delivered as promised and at a fair price. The several times they didn't have what I needed they have called other restaurant supply places to find the item for me, ensure it's in stock and get a price for me. To me that is the reason they are always my first stop when I need something.
