| - The rooms are very nice but small compared to the Venetian, Palazzo, and Mandalay Bay. The clubs, food court, shopping, and restaurants are decent but not all they are hyped up to be. The sports book is nice but the Mirage is little nicer and quieter. The service was mediocre at check-in, bell hop, concierge, housekeeping, and poolside bars. The pools and buffet are fantastic though. Table games are good. The poker room after renovations is small and filled with unprofessionally behaved dealers, odd rules, and idiotic managers. There were 3 scuffles during a Saturday night in the poker room and management didn't try to figure out what was going on or get control of the situation. Valet was great and had better information on tickets to shows than the concierge. The Total Rewards players club has limited hours, even on busy nights. Try the Venetian or Bellagio for better food, service, table games, poker room, and room amenities. Caesars Palace is supposed to be one of the upper tier casinos but falls short in several areas. At least, they don't charge for parking like the MGM properties.
