  • I went to Great Skate and paid way too much to get in only to get slammed by a guy skating like he was in a roller derby five minutes after I put my skates on. NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER HELPED ME!! The kids skating helped me get off the floor. They helped me get ice. The staff walked by like I didn't matter. They didn't even help me get out the door. My daughter had to be my crutch. My knee swelled up to the size of a grapefruit and I had to go to the ER. I had a hairline fracture! When I called to talk to a manager about making rules to not race skating? They blew me off. No thank you, Great Skate. I'll go else where.
