  • I called about a property to rent. They told me no other applicants had applied at that time so I paid the $75 app fee. I sent two follow up emails stating I would be informed soon. I finally called to find out someone beat me to a security deposit. Apparently they found out before myself even though they told me no one else had applied. Thanks for stealing my money. Appreciate it.
